Booking a stay

Cancellations & refunds

Every listing shows its cancellation policy (flexible, moderate, or strict) with the exact refund windows before you book. Cancel from My Stays to see your refund breakdown.

Corporate bookings

Company admins can add multiple properties to one corporate request, assign team members, and route it through internal approval before the host confirms.

Payments & invoices

Pay by card from the payment link on your booking, or settle the issued invoice. Corporate companies receive monthly-style invoices per booking.

Contacting hosts

Message any host directly from a property page or an existing booking — conversations live in your inbox with read receipts.
